1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and use the hau788 Platform, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity of this nature is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as the sole, beneficial owner of your Account and all funds deposited therein.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from, or had your Account suspended or terminated by, hau788 for any reason.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of hau788 or any of its affiliated gaming software suppliers.
• You are not diagnosed with a gambling addiction or currently enrolled in a gambling treatment or self-exclusion programme.

hau788 primarily serves players located in Indonesia. The platform's payment infrastructure, customer support language capability, and promotional calendar are aligned with the Indonesian market. However, accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction is entirely at the Player's own risk and legal responsibility. hau788 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access in any particular jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory.

3. Account Registration

To access hau788's betting and casino products, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

1. One Account per Person: Each Player may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hau788 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4. KYC Verification: hau788 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality — including withdrawals — may be restricted until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
5. Account Suspension: hau788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other activity that may be prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hau788 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hau788 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction. hau788 does not charge a platform deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the hau788 compliance team.
• Processing Times: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja deposits are credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. Withdrawal processing times range from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and KYC status of the Account.
• Same-Origin Policy: For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the hau788 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Source of Funds: hau788 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into an Account. Deposits must originate from a payment method lawfully registered in the Player's name.
• Transaction Limits: hau788 may apply maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion. Specific limits applicable to your Account will be communicated via the Account dashboard or customer support.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hau788 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Abuse & Fraud: hau788 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings derived from a bonus, and suspend or close any Account where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other activity designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings in excess of this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The hau788 Platform offers sports betting (including mix parlay accumulator bets, live in-play wagering, and voor bola — Indonesian-style Asian handicap betting), live casino table games powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, slots from certified providers, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products. The following rules apply across all product categories:

• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of play.
• Void Bets: hau788 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market with a manifest pricing error, or placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the Indonesian Football Association / PSSI, the BRI Liga 1 operator). In the event of a dispute, hau788's settlement decision is final.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a live casino round or slot spin, hau788's server-side records of the game state at the point of disconnection will govern the outcome. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during active play.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market, hau788 reserves the right to declare the affected round void. No claims for losses resulting from technical malfunctions will be accepted beyond return of the original stake.
• Responsible Wagering: Players are encouraged to wager only amounts they can comfortably afford to lose. hau788's Responsible Gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — are available at all times via the Account settings or by contacting support.

7. Responsible Gaming

hau788 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Check: On request, hau788 will provide a Player with a full history of their wagering activity, wins, and losses for any specified period.

hau788 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by anyone under 21 years of age. Any Player found to be underage will have their Account immediately closed and any Balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hau788 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or pricing systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or the use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties in live casino games or poker-format products.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software forming part of the Platform.
• Engaging in systematic matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other betting strategy designed to guarantee a profit by exploiting promotional offers across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your true geographical location or to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at hau788 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hau788 Platform — including but not limited to the hau788 brand name, logo, trade marks, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hau788 or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written authorisation from hau788 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hau788 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical fault, force majeure, or regulatory action.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, pricing, or game outcomes resulting from a technical error, provided that hau788 takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account login credentials.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's reliance on information, advice, or content published on the Platform that does not constitute a formal contractual commitment by hau788.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, hau788's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

hau788 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• hau788 collects personal data necessary for Account registration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• hau788 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to hau788's legal obligations to retain certain records.
• All data transmissions between the Player's device and the Platform are secured by 256-bit SSL encryption.

12. Amendments

hau788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, hau788 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hau788 holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. This governing law clause does not affect the statutory consumer rights you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
